Security Shift Supervisor

Position Overview:

The SCS Shift Supervisor is responsible for all SCS Security Counselors working the shift as well as to ensure and maintain the well-being, safety and continued care and supervision of all children at the RTC.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Prior four years experience in childcare, law enforcement or security work preferred. A general respect for and interest in the well being of children. Ability to work with at-risk youth in a residential treatment center. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Proficient in the use of computers
