Security Screener

This is a PART-TIME opportunity - Must be able to work weekends AND overnight shift

$27.15 per hour, $5.50 H & W, Shift differential $1.00

Available Shifts are Saturdays AND Sundays

• August 1, 2027 Pay Increase, $28.78 p/h & H.W. $5.75*

The Security Screener will inspect visitors & JIATFS employees' baggage or other incoming material to ensure compliance with Government security regulations. Will also be required to escort uncleared personnel throughout the facility as needed. Shift hours for Security Screeners 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Shields Point is staffing immediately to fill these positions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide access control to the controlled facility.
• Conduct personnel and package inspections as authorized by law and as described in applicable General and Post Orders
• Operate a variety of equipment to include X-Ray machines. Mantraps/Portals, Walk-Thru Metal Detectors (WRMD) or hand wands

Pay Rate $28.78 per hour
