Duration: 12 months (with potential extension) Job Summary:- Security project lifecycle management (specifications, drawings code compliance vendor management budget change orders, closeout documentation)
- Current staffing models allow BB SPMs to manage three new construction projects (925 management hours per project) simultaneously.
- Client is accelerating build plans for all locations — 215 new data center builds across ATL, PHL, PNE, RNO, PHX, SBN, SHV, IAH, STL, and JAN regions.
Day-to-day responsibilities:- Mirroring those of a standard SPM, covering design through equipment installation and vendor management.
- Physical security system (Access control system, Video surveillance system, Intrusion detection system...)
Top must have: - Project management
- Vendor management
- Physical Security systems – (for example - CCTV, Access control)
Nice to Haves:- PMP certification
- Data center experience environment experience
- Security systems installation experience
YOE:3-5 Years
