Description
Job Title: Security Project Manager / Cybersecurity Program Manager
Location: Warsaw, IN 46580
Duration: 12 Months
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Communications, Organizational Change, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology, cybersecurity, or transformation programs.
Strong experience in change management, stakeholder communications, readiness, adoption, risk/dependency management, and phased deployments.
Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, Vulnerability Management, and/or Data Protection.
Strong skills in program planning, executive reporting, facilitation, dashboards, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cybersecurity program roadmaps, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training, readiness, adoption, and feedback tracking.
Plan phased deployments, go/no-go readiness, operational handoffs, and post-deployment support.
Maintain RAID logs, action/decision trackers, mitigation plans, and escalation records.
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and governance/steering committee updates.
