- Support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Engineering, Operations, or Platform Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and knowledge management frameworks.
- Document operational processes and translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize knowledge of incident management, alerting, monitoring, production support, and service reliability best practices.
- Capture and transform tribal (tacit) knowledge into scalable and repeatable operational processes.
