Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking highly skilled and motivated Security Police Officers to support federal security operations at assigned locations. This position is responsible for protecting personnel, facilities, property, and assets through law enforcement support, access control, patrol operations, emergency response, and armed security activities in support of mission-critical government operations. 

  • The ideal candidate is a disciplined and professional security or law enforcement professional who can effectively respond to emergencies, enforce applicable federal regulations, and maintain a safe and secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to serve on a highly trained security team while supporting the protection of government personnel, facilities, and critical infrastructure. 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Provide armed security and law enforcement support services in accordance with contract requirements. 

  • Perform access control and traffic control functions for personnel, visitors, and vehicles. 

  • Conduct walking and motorized patrols to deter, detect, and respond to security threats. 

  • Respond to emergencies, alarms, suspicious activities, and security incidents. 

  • Conduct personnel, vehicle, building, and facility inspections. 

  • Perform package, parcel, and property inspections as required. 

  • Monitor and enforce security procedures, regulations, and operational requirements. 

  • Maintain situational awareness and identify potential security or safety concerns. 

  • Document incidents, investigations, and operational activities in reports and logs. 

  • Interact professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and government personnel. 

  • Support force protection, emergency response, and incident management activities. 

  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and special events as required. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age. 

  • Two (2) years of service in the United States Armed Forces, including Reserve or National Guard service; or 

  • Any combination of two (2) years of military service and physical security experience as an armed or unarmed security officer; or 

  • Associate's degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field; or 

  • Successful completion of a police officer basic training academy. 

  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. 

  • Must meet applicable medical and physical requirements for Armed Security Officers as established by the Interagency Security Committee (ISC). 

  • Must successfully qualify with required firearms and weapons systems in accordance with contract requirements. 

  • Must successfully complete FLETC Active Shooter Threat Training Program (ASTTP). 

  • Must meet required physical agility standards. 

  • Must successfully pass initial and random drug testing requirements. 

  • Must successfully pass psychological screening requirements. 

  • Ability to successfully pass required background screening requirements.
