Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a luxury retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, observe and report security-related concerns, assist employees and guests, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $26.18 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a luxury retail location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, stock areas, entrances, exterior perimeter, and adjacent common areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter theft.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, potential policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
