As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Swiftwater, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. • Security Experience

• Candidates must have a minimum of one year of relevant security experience (C115). This experience should demonstrate the ability to handle security-related tasks and responsibilities effectively.

• Valid Driver's License

• Candidates must possess a valid Australian driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require travel or transportation as part of job duties.

• Access Control/Badge Experience

• Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). Familiarity with these systems is crucial for maintaining security protocols within the organization.

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets (B204). This includes the ability to navigate software applications and perform necessary tasks efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and facility conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence to help deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
