As a Security Officer Site Patrol Guard in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests and staff through exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and help to support a welcoming environment at the location.
• Communicate with hotel personnel, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
