As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Roving Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine foot and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and report unauthorized entry or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications, and maintain a professional presence that helps support an orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
