As a Security Officer Roving Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper reporting channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support authorized entry and accurate documentation of security-related events.
- Complete routine reports on patrol observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate noteworthy conditions to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
