As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site expectations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor-related interactions, and communicate security-related concerns to property management and/or local responders when needed.
Assist with daily operations by observing site conditions, following post orders, and providing clear communication during routine activities, after-hours checks, and/or emergency situations.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
