Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site-specific procedures; assist with credential verification and visitor management as assigned.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities while maintaining a professional presence consistent with Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
