As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, primarily operate a vehicle throughout the property, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and contribute to a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, property concerns, maintenance hazards, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
