Security Officer (Part-time)

Acts as a deterrent to those inappropriately attempting to enter hospital. Responsible for the safety and security of the hospital's patients, employees and visitors.

Responsible for the safety and security of the hospital's patients, employees and visitors. Prevents or detects and reports fire, theft, vandalism and/or illegal entry. Greets patients, visitors, and staff as they enter/exit the Hospital. Enforces hospital visitation policies as appropriate. Acts as a deterrent to those inappropriately attempting to enter hospital.

The shift schedule is Friday-Monday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience
1 year experience in security/law enforcement/public safety Required

Licenses
Drivers License Required
Act 235 Lethal Weapons Train Preferred
