As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a regulated retail location, helping to maintain a secure environment for customers and team members. You will conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help deter incidents, support access control, report security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $21.21 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the dispensary location, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer, visitor, and delivery activity, reporting unusual conditions or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrols, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
