As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and loss prevention efforts. You will interact professionally with employees and visitors, communicate observations, and use technology to document activities. Pay Rate: $15.91 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, production-area exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access authorization, and document security-related observations and incidents.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by reporting hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
