As a Security Officer Overnight Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and use computer or tablet tools as needed. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and tenants while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations at a telecommunications-related site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access concerns or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
