As a Security Officer Access Control in Godwin, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain a visible presence, and help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor and contractor passes, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, deliveries, and personnel as required by site procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, exterior areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
