Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour Nights only but maybe required to work days when required)

What You'll Be Doing
Security Operations
Providing a highly visible security presence across the site.
Conducting internal and external patrols.
Managing access control and visitor procedures.
Monitoring site activity and responding to incidents appropriately.
Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
Following site assignment instructions and operational procedures.
Supporting emergency response procedures when required.
Working closely with site management and the wider security team to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Health & Safety
Identifying and reporting potential hazards and security risks.
Ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.
Responding confidently and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
Promoting a safe working environment for all site users.
Training & Development
Completing all mandatory training and competency requirements.
Taking ownership of your professional development.
Maintaining an up-to-date SIA licence and relevant certifications.
Learning new skills and embracing opportunities for career progression.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Previous security experience
Enhanced DBS clearance (or ability to obtain)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong attention to detail and observational skills
IT literacy and confidence using workplace technology
Flexible approach to working days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Desirable
Experience working at corporate, infrastructure or high-security sites
First Aid qualification
Knowledge of health and safety best practice
