As a Security Officer Hospital Reception in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will provide a welcoming presence, support access control, assist visitors and staff, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk and assist with visitor reception, access procedures, sign-in processes, and direction to appropriate departments or waiting areas.
• Monitor entry activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be willing to receive required vaccinations for a hospital environment.
• Be willing to work in and around a hospital morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
