As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Campus Patrol in Cardington, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
