As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Control in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening people, packages, and/or vehicles in accordance with site procedures. You will maintain a visible presence, help to deter incidents, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures and applicable site requirements.
• Verify identification, access credentials, shipping documentation, and/or visitor authorization before permitting entry to restricted areas.
• Monitor screening points and access areas for unusual activity, prohibited items, or policy violations; report observations through established reporting channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the perimeter as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
