As a Security Officer - Full Time Residential Complex Patrol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a residential location, you will provide a welcoming presence for residents and visitors while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communication. You will help maintain an orderly environment, respond to questions and concerns with professionalism, and report incidents as needed. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at a residential location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access as directed, managing visitor logs, and providing general information or directions.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
