As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support security-related operations, communicate professionally with employees and guests, and help maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, maintain visitor records, and direct guests to appropriate locations in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, receive and route calls, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain an organized front desk presence and report unusual activity, access concerns, and/or facility issues to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
