As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Patrol Access in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support tenants and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and property activity; verify visitor, contractor, and vendor access in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and property representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
