Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

  • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)

Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

  • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)

Candidates must be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing online resources effectively.

  • Customer Service Experience (B219)

Candidates should possess a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide a professional front-desk presence and customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
  • Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
  • Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems; report unusual activity or conditions according to site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
  • Support security-related procedures by answering phones, directing guests, receiving deliveries, and completing required reports and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
