As a Security Officer Full Time Spanish Patrol in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and tenants. Pay Rate: $20.32 - $21.32 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
