What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a healthcare location.
• Greet and screen incoming visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with facility requirements.
• Monitor front desk activity, access control systems, alarms, and communications equipment; report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate clearly with facility staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
