Pay Rate: $23.85 / Hour

DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access at the reception area by greeting visitors, checking identification and credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.
• Answer phones, support sign-in processes, maintain accurate front desk records, and report unusual activity or concerns through established channels.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing lobby activity, verifying appointments and deliveries, and following protocols for restricted areas within a professional office environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
