Security Officer for a Luxury Community

Shift Availability:

Full-Time: Sunday to Thursday, 8 PM 4 AM

Part-Time: Friday and Saturday, 8 PM 4 AM

Main Duties:

Regularly patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.

Enforce community parking policies to maintain order.

Oversee access at the front gate, ensuring proper entry for guests and residents.

Conduct inspections of buildings and shared spaces to prevent unauthorized activities.

Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.

Requirements:

A dependable, alert, and proactive individual.

Previous experience in security or customer service is essential.

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage situations with professionalism.
