As a Security Officer Desk Check In Driver in Springdale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a healthcare location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage visitor access, monitor entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. You will use strong communication and customer service skills to support patients, families, and staff while helping to maintain an orderly environment. This is a driving position. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk in a healthcare setting, greet visitors, provide directions, and maintain a professional, welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and issue visitor credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate front-desk logs, document security-related incidents, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
