As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will help maintain awareness of site operations, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. Pay Rate: $22.80 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a healthcare diagnostic location.
  • Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related officers, requests for assistance, alarms, incidents, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, activity reports, and communications documentation in accordance with site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
