As a Security Officer Dispatch Specialist in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while dispatching personnel and communicating updates to property management and/or emergency contacts as needed.
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to help support timely awareness of building activity, after-hours concerns, and/or unusual conditions.
Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports, documenting calls for service, officer status, key events, and follow-up information in accordance with site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination for the building and perimeter, helping to support coverage, access control activity, and response to tenant and visitor concerns across the location.
Minimum Requirements:
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
