Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Officer to join our team at CC Services. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect any signs of intrusion or criminal activity

- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner

- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity

- Conduct regular security checks of the premises, including doors, windows, and gates

- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, including answering questions and providing directions

- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

- Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on security protocols and procedures

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or law enforcement

- Valid state security officer license

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations with professionalism

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems

- Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods of time

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
