Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other designated areas, verifying credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with site policies and post instructions.
• Support daily operations by preparing reports, recording incidents, and reporting maintenance, life protection, and/or security-related issues observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
