As an Armed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store team members, customers, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support access control and traffic flow at designated entrances, exits, and restricted areas in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
