Description

OPS Security Group is hiring Security Officers for assignments in New Castle, DE. We are seeking dependable and professional officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment while providing strong customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor access control and perform ingress/egress procedures
  • Conduct foot or vehicle patrols
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
  • Monitor CCTV systems
  • Maintain a professional presence with clients, guests, and staff
  • De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally

Requirements

  • Active Guard Card required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Prior security experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Appearance & Grooming Requirements

  • Professional, neat, and uniform appearance required.
  • Hair must be neat and compatible with required uniform and safety equipment.
  • Visible tattoos/body art must meet company and client-site standards and may need to be covered.
  • Jewelry and accessories must comply with site safety and uniform stan
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
