CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required with ability to obtain a Polygraph. Regional Security Manager role to provide consistent, accountable security leadership across Chantilly, VA, Pittsburgh, PA and Annapolis Junction, MD. These sites support sensitive operations and require coordinated oversight of physical security, access control, incident repsonse, compliance requirements, and local stakeholder relationships. This exceptional leader will encourage team building efforts and achieve team effectiveness in their segment supervision of the security organization in the administration of the National Industrial Security Program and/or proprietary security program. The Security Manager will oversee government security inspections and contract compliance audits along with designing and analyzing departmental security goals, ensuring contract regulatory conformance and protection of personnel and corporate assets.
