Security Installation Technician - San Antonio, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Security Installation Technician in the San Antonio, Texas area. We're looking for an experienced, reliable professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to delivering high‑quality installation and service work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security systems including intrusion, access control, and CCTV
• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment required for daily tasks
• Complete documentation, testing, and verification of installed systems
• Support occasional overnight travel (rare) for project needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by operations leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems
• Valid Texas Private Security License (required)
• Strong technical background in security system installation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers

Preferred Experience

Experience with the following manufacturers is highly desirable:

• DMP
• Hanwha
• Brivo
• Fire experience is a plus
