Security Guard

Location: Yakima, WashingtonPosition: Part-Time

Duties:

• Provide visible security presence to deter vandalism, unauthorized access, and suspicious activities.
• Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and logging visitors during non-business hours.
• Conduct hourly foot patrols to inspect the perimeter, gates, doors, and other checkpoints, ensuring safety and security across the facility.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with local authorities as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear complete, identifiable uniforms while on duty.

Requirements:

• Valid certification and licenses as required by Washington state and federal regulations for security guards, with documentation available for verification. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete accurate and timely reports.
• Ability to conduct frequent foot patrols and monitor large areas effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
