By the Sea Resorts is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to provide protection and ensure the safety of multiple properties across our beautiful Panama City Beach locations. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol multiple resort properties to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and assets.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and property to identify potential security risks.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control and visitor verification.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and staff with security-related concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related security role preferred.
- Valid security guard license or certification where applicable.
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong observational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
