The Grandview Palace Condominium is currently looking to hire security guards with experience only. * Provide needed assistance to resident, Visitor, Vendors, Co-workers, and Management.

The Grandview Palace Condominium is currently looking to hire security guards with experience only.  


Job Description:

• Must be between the ages of 45 - 65 years old (if not do not apply)
• Observe and report suspicious activities and persons.
• Follow directions of supervisor and Condominium Property Manager
• Respond to alarms and security related incidents.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and detail oriented
• Must demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems.

*A reliable transportation must be willing and able to drive to North Bay Village.
 
* Write incident reports and maintain daily logs.


*Provide needed assistance to resident, Visitor, Vendors, Co-workers, and Management.


*Follow all Condominium Rules and Regulations.


Qualifications:

• Must be between the ages of 45 - 65 years old (if not do not apply)
• Bilingual - English and Spanish is a must.
• Security: 3 years (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Valid Class D Security Officer License is preferred.
• Be able to provide customer service in a professional manner.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods.
• be able to work in a positive team-based environment.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Holidays
• Weekends
