Security Field Supervisor / Account Manager

AP Professional Security is seeking a Security Field Supervisor / Account Manager to support our officers and maintain strong relationships with the clients we serve. This role combines hands-on field supervision with day-to-day account oversight. The right candidate is dependable, communicates clearly, and can resolve issues professionally while keeping operations on track.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned sites, inspect officer performance, and verify that post orders and client requirements are being followed.

• Coach officers, address performance concerns, and assist with training and onboarding.

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, respond to concerns, and follow through on service requests.

• Help coordinate staffing and coverage, including responding to callouts and urgent site needs.

• Review incident reports and daily activity reports for accuracy and timely completion.

• Document site visits, client communications, and corrective actions.

• Respond to incidents and work with company leadership, clients, and emergency responders as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or field supervision.

• Strong judgment, organization, and customer service skills.

• Ability to write clear reports and use mobile reporting and scheduling tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to meet applicable South Carolina security licensing requirements.

• Flexibility to respond to operational needs outside regular business hours.

Supervisory experience and experience managing multiple client sites are preferred.
