Location: Remote

Title: Security Compliance Analyst III

We are looking for a Security Compliance Analyst III with hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, cargo security, or physical security operations. This person will be responsible for translating security standards into practical controls across third-party warehouses, carriers, and logistics partners. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple vendors and remediation efforts, responding to security incidents, conducting site assessments, and driving corrective actions without direct authority over external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct physical security assessments across warehouses, distribution centers, transportation operations, and third-party facilities.
  • Identify security gaps and drive remediation activities through completion.
  • Manage security initiatives across multiple vendors, sites, and stakeholders.
  • Respond to cargo loss, theft, tampering, or other supply chain security incidents.
  • Partner with carriers, 3PLs, warehouse operators, and internal stakeholders to implement required security controls.
  • Develop clear security assessment reports, incident summaries, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor open corrective actions and ensure remediation items do not become stale.
  • Support implementation and improvement of supply chain and physical security programs.
  • Balance long-term program execution with real-time incident response.
  • Travel as needed to support site assessments and security reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in supply chain security, logistics security, transportation security, cargo security, loss prevention, asset protection, physical security, or a closely related operational security environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-vendor security initiatives.
  • Experience conducting facility or physical security assessments against documented standards or checklists.
  • Ability to influence third-party vendors and operational partners without direct authority.
  • Experience handling security incidents involving cargo loss, theft, tampering, or similar operational events.
  • Strong program management skills with proven ownership of remediation efforts from identification through completion.
  • Strong written communication skills, including security assessment and incident reporting.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize effectively in fast-moving situations.
  • Comfortable working in field environments and traveling for site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within 3PL, freight, transportation, high-value goods, consumer electronics, manufacturing, data center supply chain, industrial, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with TAPA FSR/TSR, C-TPAT/CTPAT, or comparable supply chain security frameworks.
  • Certifications such as ASIS PSP, CPP, or CFI.
  • Experience with GPS tracking, telematics, geofencing, covert tracking devices, electronic seals, CCTV, or warehouse access-control systems.
  • Exposure to investigations, intelligence analysis, OSINT, hardware or data-bearing device security, or data center physical security.
  • Experience developing or building security programs or processes from the ground up.
