The position's duties and responsibilities include: Badge Room Tasks:Processing Access Request FormsProcessing HSPD-12 (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12) Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Badge formsPerform as HSPD-12 Registrar to include Manage the schedule for enrollment workstations in case of scheduling conflictsVerify the sponsorship information with the ApplicantVerify and scan Applicant's two identity source (I-9) documentsCapture the Applicant's facial image in the system via a digital photographCapture ten rolled fingerprints into the systemFlag any issues during enrollmentPrint PIV Cards once approval from Sponsor/COR is received.Perform as an HSPD-12 Issuer/ActivatorReceiving or printing credentials and secure storageIssue the credential to the individual after verifying their IDRetrieving credentials if activation fails and note the reason for the failed activation.Provide activation assistant to applicants, as necessary.Perform Attended activations for applicants without fingerprints or whop encounter unattended activation issues.Destroy PIV cards when expired and the new credential is activated.Processing ID Card FormsProducing Badges/IDsIssuing Badges/IDUpdating and Maintaining Records, Database, LogsBadge Accountability Administrative SupportGenerating Reports on badge usage, parking permits, PIV, security/suitability clearances and other such reportsPerforming general duties such as typing forms and documents, completing any other written communications and reports, signing for mail, picking up and distributing mail, filing documents and reports, scheduling appointments, and answering phones Successfully complete Government-provided training (classroom, online, and hand-on) and perform the tasks as taught for:Identiv Velocity SoftwareGSA's USAccess PIV Card ProgramEasy Lobby Visitor Management SystemBadge Room ProceduresVisitor Processing Center ProceduresOther related training, e.g. IT Security Awareness, Operations Security, Safety and Environmental Health, Security Procedures Obey, abide by and comply with all federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations, as applicable to the work performed and the location of the work.Knowledge and QualificationsMust have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the administrative or security field and a strong computer user aptitude is requiredBe able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishDemonstrated history of not being a potential threat to the health, safety, security, general well-being, or operational mission of the facility.Present a neat and clean appearance and have a history of superior personal and professional conduct Intermediate level computer skills that possess experience to work with multiple worksheets, filter data and use integration functionsHave an aptitude to learn GSA's USAccess Program, Identiv's Velocity Program, EasyLobby Visitor Management system and other similar programs to support operations as these programs are detail orientedPossess a valid U.S. driver's licenseKnowledge and 5 years of experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors.May not be an employee of the U.S. Government at the time of employment with gTANGIBLEU.S. Military Veteran preferred Equal Opportunity Employer.
