    Salary:

    Salary: $18 - $27 per hour (Based on experience)

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking highly qualified Security and Fire Alarm Technicians experienced in installation, service, and inspection of security systems, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV systems. Technicians must be prepared to continuously learn and stay at the forefront of industry technology, including interactive alarm apps and remote services.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Install, service, inspect, and troubleshoot security systems, fire alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
    • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
    • Utilize CRM software to document completed work and notes.
    • Communicate customer needs to project management for timely resolution.
    • Lead projects to improve company efficiency and customer experience.
    • Manage others effectively while on job sites.
    • Train customers and field staff on products.
    • Maintain accurate documentation.
    • Adhere to safety standards and industry regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the security alarm field (fire alarm experience is a plus).
    • FASA/BASA certification preferred; NICET/NFPA certifications are a plus.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
    • Ability to work full-time with flexibility for nights and weekends.
    • Available for local travel.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
    • Proficient with computers and mobile devices.
    • Highly motivated and organized.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
