Title: Security Account Manager
Location: 1 LG Rd, Ellabell, GA 31308, USA
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour
Employment Type: Contract, Exempt

Position Summary:
Manages security services and operations for an assigned client account, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include client communication, problem resolution, staffing, scheduling, supervision, training, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary client contact to maintain and enhance service quality, promptly addressing any issues.
• Conduct regular meetings with client representatives for updates, issue resolution, contract negotiation support, security planning, assessments, and post order reviews.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of security staff, ensuring respectful treatment and effective performance management.
• Assist in budget development and administration related to the assigned account.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the account.
• Authorize expenditures for equipment, supplies, and vehicles within contractual limits; ensure maintenance and inventory control of uniforms, radios, and other equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate staffing schedules in collaboration with line management to meet client needs and control labor costs.
• Review security officer reports and perform on-site inspections to verify compliance with post orders and client directives.
• Provide input to company initiatives and assist with resolving legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues.
• Perform security officer duties on a relief or emergency basis as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).
• High School Diploma or GED (must complete GED within six months if not already attained).
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including drug screening and background check.

Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree plus 3 years of responsible experience in security or business management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Competencies:
• Compliance with applicable state and local security licensing requirements as needed.
• Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and business management.
• Strong leadership skills including staff supervision, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain professional composure in challenging situations.
• Proficient in use of computers and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with ability to interact effectively across diverse groups.
• Strong planning, organizing, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to changing environments and organizational needs.

Working Conditions:
• Required to maintain composure under pressure and work with clients, staff, and authorities professionally.
• Subject to background checks, drug testing, and behavioral assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive information.
• Frequent travel and vehicle use required.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and sustained vision focus.
• Expected to conduct presentations and lead meetings.
• On-call response to emergencies and incidents.
