    Salary range: $160K - $220K

    Location: Financial District, San Francisco, CA, Boston, MA
     
    Hybrid work policy: 3 days in-office (Tue/Wed/Thu) in Financial District, San Francisco or Boston

This is a growth hire for a team that litigates against the largest defense firms in the country — we need a high-caliber, creative attorney who is passionate about plaintiff-side work.

    What will you be doing?

    • Litigating securities class action cases through the full case lifecycle — from complaint through resolution
    • Drafting briefs, motions, and legal arguments with exceptional writing and analytical rigor
    • Developing creative legal theories and arguments to advance cases against major defense firms
    • Collaborating closely with partners as a true team member on case strategy
    • Conducting legal research on evolving securities case law and applying it to active matters

    Key Requirements

    • 3-4+ years of securities litigation experience (defense-side experience welcome and encouraged)
    • Exceptional brief writing skills — this is non-negotiable
    • Strong analytical skills with the creativity to develop novel legal arguments
    • Genuine interest in plaintiff-side work representing institutional investors
    • Stable employment history — no job hopping; high-caliber firm background preferred
