    Securities Enforcement Litigation Associate | Palo Alto

    A leading firm in this space is adding to its Securities Enforcement litigation team in Palo Alto. This is an opportunity to step into a nationally recognized practice handling high-stakes regulatory and enforcement matters with real responsibility from day one.

    The Role
    • Represent clients in securities enforcement actions and regulatory investigations
    • Work directly on matters involving the SEC and other regulators
    • Advise on compliance issues tied to enforcement risk and disclosure obligations
    • Draft briefs, subpoenas, Wells submissions, and investigative materials
    • Collaborate with partners and senior associates across offices on sophisticated matters

    Candidate Profile
    • JD class years 2018–2022
    • Prior experience in securities enforcement, regulatory investigations, or related litigation
    • Strong writing skills and comfort handling regulator-facing work
    • Experience from an AmLaw firm, government, or a comparable litigation platform
    • Bar admission in good standing or eligibility to waive into California
